What you will learn
About this course
TOGAF is a framework and method for developing and governing enterprise architecture. Its centre is the Architecture Development Method (ADM): a cycle that moves from vision through business, data, application and technology architecture to opportunities, migration planning, implementation governance and change.
The Open Group's 10th Edition certification portfolio separates conceptual knowledge (Foundation) from applied judgement (Practitioner). This course is organised the same way, so a learner can see where understanding ends and application begins.
CertScope delivers the training; The Open Group owns the framework, the exams and the credential. If voucher inclusion or training-provider accreditation matters to you, ask for it in writing before you enrol.
Exam at a glance
- Portfolio: TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition: Enterprise Architecture Foundation, Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, Business Architecture Foundation, and a bridge path for eligible TOGAF 9 holders
- Exam routes: Part 1 exam (OGEA-101) followed by Part 2 exam (OGEA-102), or the combined Part 1 and Part 2 exam (OGEA-103). TOGAF 9 certified candidates can take the Bridge exam (OGEA-10B). Check question count, duration and pass mark on The Open Group's exam datasheet.
- Practitioner assessment: Application-focused scenario assessment. Confirm exam code, structure, combined-exam route and retake rules on The Open Group's current exam product page before publishing.
- Exam fee / voucher: Candidates normally pay at exam registration; a voucher is provided through an Accredited Training Course. Do not assume CertScope's package includes a voucher.
Certification-owner facts from The Open Group. Product naming matters: Foundation, Practitioner and Business Architecture Foundation are separate items. Always confirm current details with The Open Group before you book.
