What you will learn
About this course
PMI-PMOCP™ is PMI's credential for professionals who build, run and improve project management offices. It sits beside PMP® rather than above it: PMP is about leading projects, PMOCP is about the organisation-level system that makes projects succeed.
A strong PMO is judged by what it enables — better decisions, fewer surprises, realised benefits — not by the templates it issues. This course is organised around that idea, using PMI's published domains as the structure.
PMI sets eligibility, the exam, the fee and the credential. CertScope delivers training; exam fees on this page follow pmi.org.
