About this course
The SAFe® Programme Consultant (SPC) certification is the most prestigious and impactful credential in the Scaled Agile ecosystem. SPCs are the change agents who drive enterprise Agile transformation — they launch Agile Release Trains, coach executives, train teams, and certify others in SAFe.
This intensive 4-day course covers the complete SAFe framework in depth: Lean-Agile leadership, team and technical agility, Agile product delivery, enterprise solution delivery, Lean portfolio management, and organisational agility. You'll learn how to implement SAFe across an enterprise, facilitate key events, and measure transformation progress.

- Hold a current SAFe Agilist (SA), SSM, SASM, or SAFe POPM certification — or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, project management, or Agile coaching
- Experience with Agile methodologies at a team level (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
