Prerequisites
- Hold a current SAFe Agilist (SA), SSM, SASM, or SAFe POPM certification — or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, project management, or Agile coaching
- Experience with Agile methodologies at a team level (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- Familiarity with SAFe or experience working in a SAFe environment is strongly recommended
- Leadership or coaching experience in an enterprise environment
